Staff Assistant to the CEO

Summary:
The staff assistant to the CEO will ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the company, complete strategic projects as assigned, and provide feedback informed by regular, ongoing interaction with the Brandlive team.

Key Tasks:

  1. Accounting/Finance
    1. Primary point of contact with remote controller & bookkeeper
    2. Liaison between sales and accounting teams
    3. Invoice approvals
    4. Expense report approvals
    5. Credit card use & expense tracking
  2. HR
    1. Primary point of contact with PEO (Xenium)
    2. Onboarding
    3. Offboarding
    4. Policy development & enforcement
    5. Performance program development & management
    6. Independent contractors
  3. Legal
    1. Trademark
      1. Primary point of contact with legal team
      2. Maintain records of existing trademark protection
      3. Establish strategy for expansion of trademark protection
    2. Security
      1. SOC2 compliance
      2. Vendor security management & enforcement
  4. Operations
    1. Office Management
      1. Access & alarm systems
      2. Vendor management
      3. Oversee office manager
    2. Sales Operations
      1. Ongoing SFDC audits & improvements
      2. Ensure accuracy of SFDC records & reporting
      3. SFDC month close
      4. Assist sales team members with RFPs
    3. Maintain shared document system (Drive) & ensure version control
  5. Production
    1. Assist in operationalizing production services
    2. Track cost of delivery
